LSSSC Meetings

LSSSC Meetings are held during the first week of every month. The day on which meetings are held is not fixed. This is to allow for greater flexibility in arranging events. We aim to meet at different venues across Lincolnshire, in attempt to balance out the distances members have to travel.

You can read about past meetings by CLICKING HERE, future meetings currently arranged are as follows:

NOVEMBER MEETING:

Combined visit by Nina Peake of Meriden and Members' Forum

Visit by Nina Peake of Meriden:

To introduce their newly launched product 'Orego-Stim Smallholder'. Nina will  discuss with the members how Orego-Stim can be used to benefit their birds in terms of improved gut health and function, and improved productivity. The product can also be used for goats, sheep and pigs.

Nina has kindly offered a free sample of the product to all members who come to the meeting.  The rrp is 19.95 for a 1 litre bottle.

Member's Forum:

A chance to meet other Members of the LSSSC and ask any questions, raise any issues that may have been perplexing you!

Not sure which are easier for a beginner - sheep, goats or pigs?

What is the best way to preserve the food we have grown?

Information available in books is helpful, but practical advice from people who 'do' is often more valuable and gives an insight into what may work and what may not work for you!

DECEMBER MEETING:

Member's social

Take the time to relax and meet other Member's in an informal meeting.
